Processing Times
Orders for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Preorder and made-to-order products have extended production lead times, which are listed on each product page. These products are custom-built and may take several weeks to several months to complete before they are ready to ship. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeline. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability and manufacturing schedules.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier and service level are selected at our discretion unless a specific method is requested and available at checkout.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. For preorder and made-to-order products, tracking information will not be available until the product has completed production and is ready to ship. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.
Preorder Shipments
Products marked as preorders are custom-built items with production lead times stated on the product listing. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the following:
You understand the product has not yet been manufactured and will not ship immediately. You acknowledge the estimated production timeline listed on the product page. You understand that production costs are incurred by Lucky Garage upon order confirmation, including supplier payments for raw materials and components. Due to the nature of preorders and the costs incurred upon order placement, refunds are not available on preorder items. If a preorder is canceled by the customer after production costs have been incurred, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@luckygarageusa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage before contacting us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Lucky Garage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
International Shipping
Lucky Garage ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lucky Garage is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
